GRILLED HERB MUSTARD STEAKS
- 30 MINUTES

Herb Mustard Steaks

2 to 4 well-trimmed Beef ribeye or boneless top loin steaks, 1" thick
Herb Mustard:
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp water
2 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1. In 1-cup glass measure, combine garlic and water; microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir in remaining mustard ingredients; spread on both sides of Beef steaks.
2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill top loin steaks, uncovered, 5 to 18 minutes (ribeye steaks 11 to 14 minutes) for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
3. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; season with salt as desired.
4 servings.

LEMON-HERBED STEAK & VEGETABLES

Lemon Herb Steak

2 well-trimmed boneless Beef top loin steaks, 1" thick (approx. 1 lb)
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen vegetable mixture (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
Seasoning:
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp freshly grated lemon peel
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1. Combine seasoning ingredients. Remove 1 tablespoon seasoning; press evenly into both sides of Beef steaks. Stir butter, lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt into remaining seasoning; set aside.
2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 15 to 18 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
3. Meanwhile prepare vegetables according to package directions. Combine with reserved butter mixture; toss to coat.
4. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; season with salt, as desired.
Serve with vegetables.

PEPPERY SEASONED STEAKS
- 15 MINUTES

Peppery Steaks

4 boneless Beef top loin steaks, 1" thick (approx. 2 lbs)
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp seasoned pepper
1. Combine seasoned salt and pepper; press evenly into both sides of Beef steaks.
2. Heat 12" nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
Place steaks in skillet; cook 12 to 15 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning once.
4 servings.
